In January 2022, Denso Corporation (Denso) and Aisan Industry Co., Ltd. (Aisan Industry) announced on January 17 that they have signed a fuel pump module business transfer agreement. Denso manufactures fuel pump modules at its 4 plants in Japan and 7 plants outside Japan.
